Candace Ellison brings 17 years of property management experience along with 11 years as a licensed realtor. Candace purchased her first rental property at the age of 24 and began self-managing a growing portfolio throughout East Tennessee. She started this business with her own properties and shortly after began Canden Properties Inc to bring her experience to help others. She graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
When she is not placing high quality tenants into rentals, She enjoys spending time watching documentaries, waiting on the Destiny's Child reunited tour, reading fiction, game night with friends, and lending a helping hand wherever needed.
