We offer an agent referral bonus of $100 for clients you send our way that result in a 12 month signed lease. The bonus is paid when the lease has been signed by all parties. If the home is already rented, the referral fee will be paid when the management agreement is signed by the homeowner.
We will provide a signed referral agreement which guarantees if for any reason your client decides to sell then we will refer to the client back to you to list and sell.
